01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to 777judi. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 777judi ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms stated herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform. Continued use of the 777judi platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which together form the entire agreement between you and 777judi.

02 Account Registration

To access the full services of the 777judi platform, you are required to register an account. During registration, you agree to:

• Providing information that true, accurate and complete including full name, date of birth, email address and phone number.
• Maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keep your password and account login details confidential.
• Notify us immediately if any unauthorized access to your account occurs.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of balances.

You must be aged 18 years and above to register an account at 777judi. Our platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time as part of the verification process.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to safety and industry compliance, 777judi implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

Documents required for verification include:

• Identity document — MyKad, passport or valid official identity document.
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement or official dated letter within the last 3 months.
• Payment method verification — screenshot or proof of ownership of the bank account used for deposit.

The KYC process is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. Failure to complete verification within the specified period may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

04 Deposit & Payment Methods

777judi accepts multiple deposit methods including FPX, online banking, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay), and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin). All deposits are processed in real time or within a set timeframe depending on the payment method.

Conditions relating to deposits:

• The minimum deposit limit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Deposits may only be made from an account in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 777judi does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your financial institution may impose its own charges.
• Deposited funds do not accrue any interest and may not be transferred to other users.
• Any suspicious deposit activity may result in the account being suspended while a security review is conducted.

The platform reserves the right to decline or void any deposit transaction found to be in breach of these terms or associated with illegal activity.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your 777judi account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name that has completed the KYC process.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 business hours.
• Wagering requirements for any bonus received must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.

777judi reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any large withdrawal, as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

06 Bonus & Promotions

777judi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

General conditions relating to bonuses:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement which must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value unless the conversion requirements have been met.
• The platform reserves the right to void related bonuses and wins if there is evidence of promotional abuse.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in its respective promotional terms — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

777judi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the best interests of members.

07 Game Rules

All games available on the 777judi platform are operated in accordance with rules established by their respective software providers. Game outcomes are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system technical failure.

• In the event of technical disruptions during a gaming session, affected bets will be returned to the user's account within 24 hours.
• Wins resulting from technical errors or software malfunctions are considered void and will not be paid out.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the respective game interface.

08 Prohibited User Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the 777judi platform:

• Registering more than one account or sharing an account with another individual.
• Using payment information that does not belong to you.
• Taking any action intended to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Using the platform for any money laundering or illegal financing activities.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or harmful content to other users through the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance freeze and legal action if necessary.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

777judi reserves the right to close or suspend a user account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any of the platform's Terms and Conditions.
• Registration details found to be false or misleading.
• Suspicious or potentially illegal activity.
• Self-exclusion request on responsible gaming grounds.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Valid balances will be returned once all reviews are completed, provided no terms violations have occurred.

10 Limitation of Liability

777judi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control (force majeure), including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or power outages.
• Losses incurred as a result of the user's own wagering decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a user account resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party information displayed on the platform.

In all circumstances, 777judi's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time of the incident.

11 Responsible Gaming

These terms are governed by applicable laws and any disputes will be resolved through mutually agreed channels. Bahasa Melayu is the official language of this document, though an English translation may be available for reference.
